# Getting Started

> This guide will walk you through creating a wallet and signing transactions using the Portal Enclave MPC API on various chains.

### 1. Create a Test User

We'll visit the [Portal Admin Dashboard](https://app.portalhq.io) to create a test client 🧪

### 2. Create a Wallet

Make 1 request to create a wallet and 1 request to confirm you stored it securely 🔐

### 3. Sign and Submit Transactions

Sign and submit Ethereum and Solana transactions with the wallet 📝
